1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and The Clav Stack ("we," "us," "our") and govern your access to and use of the website located at theclavstack.com and any subdomains or subpaths (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Clav Stack is an independent editorial resource that documents publicly available research and commentary on a specific set of research compounds. We do not manufacture, stock, ship, or sell any product. All product purchases referenced on this Site occur through a third-party supplier under that supplier's own terms, privacy policy, and return policy.

3. Eligibility and age restriction

This Site is intended for adults aged 21 or older engaging in a research context. By using the Site you represent that you (a) are at least 21 years old, (b) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and (c) will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Research purpose only — not for human use

All compounds referenced on this Site are for laboratory research use only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, or any other regulatory agency for human consumption, injection, ingestion, topical use, or any in-vivo administration to humans or animals outside a qualified research setting. References to dosages, protocols, stacks, studies, or individual users' experiences are provided strictly as documentation of publicly available research and third-party commentary. Nothing on this Site should be construed as instructions or encouragement to self-administer any compound.

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any laws governing the import, possession, or use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

5. No medical, legal, or financial advice

All content on the Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and no editor, author, or contributor is acting as your physician, advisor, or fiduciary. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any decision concerning your health, and a qualified attorney for any legal question.

6. No endorsement; references to public figures

The Clav Stack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any public figure referenced on the Site, including "Clavicular." Any discussion of a public figure's publicly stated protocol or practice is editorial commentary drawn from public sources and does not imply a partnership, authorization, or approval of any kind. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners and are used here nominatively for purposes of commentary.

7. Accuracy of information

We make a reasonable effort to keep content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any material on the Site is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or free from error. Prices, vial sizes, availability, research findings, and third-party supplier terms change frequently. If you rely on any information from the Site, you do so at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

Unless noted otherwise, all content on the Site — including text, article bodies, editorial analysis, images, layouts, design, code, data tables, and compilations — is owned by The Clav Stack or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial research-reading purposes only. You may not:

• reproduce, republish, or redistribute more than brief, properly attributed quotations from the Site;
• scrape, crawl, or extract content for the purpose of training machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models, except by operators of bona fide search engines where we have not disallowed crawling;
• remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice;
• frame, mirror, or wrap the Site within another site or application without our written permission;
• circumvent, disable, or tamper with the affiliate redirect chain (the /out/ paths) or with any attribution parameter.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or any related service;
• attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any system that supports it;
• use any automated system (bot, scraper, spider) to access the Site in a way that sends more request volume than a human could reasonably produce;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any compiled asset delivered by the Site;
• use the Site to violate any law or anyone else's rights.

10. Affiliate disclosure (FTC 16 CFR § 255)

The Clav Stack participates in an affiliate arrangement with our third-party supplier (Phiogen), administered through the Refersion affiliate platform. When you click an outbound product link on this Site and make a qualifying purchase on the supplier's website, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Commissions do not change product pricing and do not influence editorial selection: we document only the compounds we would cover regardless of the affiliate arrangement.

This disclosure is made in good-faith compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 CFR Part 255.

11. Outbound links and third-party supplier

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our supplier Phiogen at phiogen.is. Once you click a /out/ link, you leave the Site and the destination site's own terms of service and privacy policy govern your interaction there, including account creation, age verification, purchase, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, lot documentation, and customer support.

We are not a party to the transaction between you and any supplier. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, purity, safety, timely shipment, legality in your jurisdiction, or customs-clearance status of any product offered by a third-party supplier. Any disputes arising from a transaction at a supplier's site must be resolved with that supplier.

12. Feedback and corrections

If you send us comments, corrections, suggestions, or other feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Feedback for any purpose, including editing, publishing a correction, or updating the Site. We are not obligated to act on any Feedback and you are not entitled to compensation for it.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In that case those warranties are limited to the minimum scope and duration required by applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall The Clav Stack, its owners, operators, editors, contributors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the content on the Site, your use of any product obtained from a third-party supplier, or your reliance on any information on the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Because the Site is provided free of charge and because your acceptance of these Terms is a material part of the bargain, this limitation is essential; if it is held unenforceable, the entirety of these Terms is voidable at our option.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Clav Stack and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use or misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, or (d) your use of any product obtained from a third-party supplier referenced on the Site.

16. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site (a "Dispute") will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court where eligible and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for infringement of its intellectual property.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the State of Delaware (or virtually, by agreement). The arbitrator's award is final and binding.

Class-action waiver: You and we each agree that Disputes may be brought only in your or our individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. If any portion of this class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the remainder of this Section 16 is unenforceable and the Dispute shall proceed in court under Section 17.

30-day right to opt out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing legal@theclavstack.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any action not required to be arbitrated under Section 16, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

18. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, to legal@theclavstack.com, including: (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material with a URL; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or by law; and (vi) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be flagged with a notice on this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Site.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Sections 4–18 survive termination.

21. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
